清洁家具、清洁地板、清倒生活垃圾

             每月一次清洗空调过滤网及外壳

2、清洁次数：一周二次清洁（每次1.5小时）

             一周三次清洁（每次1.5小时）

             一周五次清洁（每次1.5小时）

            烫衣 

3、租户需准备物品：地板清洁剂、浴缸清洁剂、除油烟剂、玻璃清洁剂、扫帚、拖把、畚箕、抹布、洗衣粉、晾衣架、 吸尘器、百洁布、钢丝球（需烫衣服的请准备烫衣板、熨斗）

1. Service Includes: clean bedroom, wash clothes,clean kitchen,clean floor

              clean dining accessories, clean furniture,dispose garbage

              clean the outer shell of the air condition (once month)

2. Standard fees:Twice per week(about 2 hours once)

                 Three times per week (about 1.5 hours once)

                 Five times per week (about 1 hour once)

               Iron

3. The lessee needs to prepare the product:Floor detergent, Bathub detergent,broom, mop,dustpan,dish cloth,washing powder, vacuum,(If you want to iron,please to prepare iron.)
